Oojra diffuser

Gifting

At World Bride Magazine, we receive so many products, but I only write about the ones that move me.  And more importantly will travel well for you guys on your honeymoon, or destination wedding.  I recently received this essential oil reed diffuser from Oojra. I was immediately taken by its scent and the simplicity of its design.

Laos White Tea and Ginger. It’s amazing. I wanted to rub it all over.

Back in the early 2000s, reed diffusers were a big hit, and so many companies made their versions. But where they fell short was in the scents; it takes a long time to develop a scent that can really be a home staple. Oojra’s reed diffuser scent is light, sweet, calming and seems to transport me to a calmer place. It’s great for a chill-out moment or setting the tone for the evening with a loved one.

Their three-piece gift set would make a great bridesmaid gift.

Their site has a few different scent offerings, but I think I’m in luv with this one.

Dew Puff

DewPuff plant fiber facial sponges are a treat for your skin.

After you moisten the sponge with water, it becomes soft and pliable and feels like a very firm sponge cake on your face. Yummy!

I especially like the Charcoal sponge. Using the sponge with my daily cleanser gives my face a special treat, and I don’t feel like it’s damaging to my skin; it’s working with my cleanser to gently exfoliate my skin. They are also lightweight and travel well.

Morgan Taylor polish

I’m in love with the Morgan Taylor nail lacquer line that I received.

The polish goes on smooth and creamy. You could really use only one coat of polish to get the true color, but I always like to use two coats. The spa friendly polish remover “Strip Ease” is amazing with its fresh melon scent. This acetone-free remover leaves your nails feeling nourished and does not leave that dry ashy ring around the finger look you get with regular nail polish remover. They also have a great quick dry spray, “accelErate,” for those of us who can’t wait to hop out of the manicurists chair and get on with our multi-tasking. When you’re getting ready for your ceremony you have no time to waste waiting on your nails to dry!

So traveling shouldn’t be an excuse not to have some of your favorite things.   Finding products that are travel friendly are out there to create a mood, keep you looking and feeling beautiful.   So continue to fill your beauty bag with your favorite things… we will continue to share our favorite picks.
