It’s no secret that the perception of beauty is subjective. However, who doesn’t love South East Asia? Tadashi’s Beauty inspiration derived from awe-inspiring Cambodia and the vibrancy of Thailand.  Everything from the Hair, Make-up, Skin prep and Nails screamed energetic, lively, and colorful. His dynamic team of pro artists was able to transfer his inspiration into the reality behind the scenes to make the full look flourish down the runway.

Celebrity Make-up artist Daniel Martin was the make-up lead for the show. He modernized the typical theatrical look of a dancer in Thailand by using HONEST Beauty to create a clean, radiant look for the skin and Tatcha for the pop of lip color. This product translates to every shade and skin tone which is always a plus in my eyes. This product would definitely work for Brides who are looking for that fresh radiant glow!

Kevin Ryan himself created an undone wavy look as described to have a “dirty edge” using a dry textured spray by SGX NYC and the Tidal Waver from his R Session tools line. This look is currently trending in the bridal world. Brides are taking more risks and stepping outside of the conventional box and ultimately understanding that undone actually means complete.

The Nails were beautifully constructed by Editorial Manicurist Kia Stewart who used “Free to be Free” as a neutral based color by Pear Nova. All of the shades by Pear Nova are suitable for all skin types which is a major plus. The Pear Nova line consists of many vibrant colors which would give the best options for a Bride and her party to pair the perfect match with any color dress.
