In the Sunlit Heart of Apulia, Italy

A wedding of roots, emotion, and high fashion in the heart of Salento, Italy

Amid centuries-old olive trees, Mediterranean light, and the golden glow of Lecce stone architecture, Nausicaa and Vincenzo celebrated a wedding that blended refinement and authenticity, tradition and modernity—turning a special day into an unforgettable experience.

She, from Rome. He, a true Salentino, now Milanese by choice. United by three years of love and growth, their “I do” was born from an intimate moment: at home, with their baby in their arms, Nausicaa said yes to Vincenzo’s proposal, sealing a future they would build together.

An event curated in every detail, where genuine love guided every decision—creating a celebration suspended between dream and reality, in the sunlit heart of Puglia.

The Ritual, the Land, the Identity

The ceremony took place in the majestic Lecce Cathedral, a gem of Salento’s baroque style, where the couple were united in a Catholic rite around 300 guests. The city, bathed in a warm and enveloping light, provided the backdrop for a deeply emotional moment.

The reception was held in the evocative setting of Castello Monaci, a refined and elegant venue nestled in the Apulian countryside. The aperitif, hosted in the garden of the Wine Museum, was brought to life by a vibrant pizzica performance—an emblem of tradition and togetherness. Guests of all ages and backgrounds were swept away by the Salento rhythms, dancing and laughing in a joyful, connective atmosphere that made the evening truly unforgettable.

The Direction of Elegance
Dinner took place in the castle’s grand hall. Every detail reflected the couple’s story—from the custom menu featuring gastronomic excellence and raw seafood delicacies, to the dessert buffet crafted by a master pastry chef, and an exclusive cigar and spirits corner for a full multisensory experience.

The cake-cutting ceremony, preceded by the couple’s scenic descent down the castle’s staircase and accompanied by music from maestro Giampiero Perrone, was crowned by a breathtaking fireworks display—turning the moment into an unforgettable image. The celebration continued with music, dancing, and contagious energy long into the night.

A Gown, a Sartorial Tale

The bridal gown, designed by Marco Gabrielli Atelier, was more than just a dress—it was a sartorial story capturing the essence of Nausicaa. A hand-embroidered bodice, delicate lace bolero, and ethereal lines embodied elegance and identity. A special touch made the moment even more unique: the designer himself travelled to Puglia to personally dress the bride on her wedding day.

Crafting a Dream Day
The groom wore a timeless, classically elegant, tailored suit, crafted with extraordinary precision by the artisans of Eredi Vincenti in Pisa. The deep navy ensemble featured a peaked lapel and wide revers, exuding sophistication.

Capturing every emotion was photographer Ettore Sasso, whose discreet and evocative style immortalized glances and details in perfect harmony with the event’s atmosphere.

Image consultant and color expert Elisa Bianca Contese guided the bride in selecting the perfect gown, analyzing body shape and chromatic harmony to enhance her uniqueness and beauty. Her work combined image consulting with creative vision to help the bride stand out with grace on the most important day of her life.

Wedding planner Roberta Schiraldi, supported by an outstanding team, orchestrated every moment with precision and grace:

  • Make-up artist: Miriam Di Mauro
  • Hair stylist: Maria Calogiuri (bride), Roberto Muscogiuri (groom)
  • Florist: Ernesto Manila Caputo
