Hello Molly and Loverly’s Wedding Parlour in New York
One style. A rack of color. That was the whole statement, and it was enough.
In a SoHo boutique on Mott Street, Hello Molly and Loverly opened the Wedding Parlour for an intimate morning devoted to this season’s occasionwear. A live jazz singer crooned through the chic, sunlit room while exhibitors presented and guests mingled. I ordered a latte, wrote my name on a card, and waited my turn for a gentleman at an embossing machine to press my three initials into a white pocket mirror, a personalized keepsake for everyone in attendance.

The Standout Look: A Satin Slip Dress with a Rose Belt
The impact came from one silhouette above all: a side-pleated slip dress in satin, presented in colors from classic black to a natural nude. A self-fabric rose belt cinched the waist, a dainty detail that could carry a bride from the quiet hours of wedding-day preparation to a bachelorette cocktail.
On the rack, every rose belt hung over its own gown, and the palette moved from deep to rich to light and bright, a color story you could read from across the room. Hello Molly bridal robes hung alongside, a soft complement to the satin.
That was the dress I studied at the presentation. The accompanying lookbook photographs show the wider Wedding Parlour range, where the satin story continues through different necklines, draping, and floral details.

Satin Bridesmaid Dresses: One Palette, Different Silhouettes
The appeal reaches across the whole season of a wedding: the morning of, the bridal shower, the engagement party, and every celebration in between. Wedding Parlour gives an entire bridal party room to mix silhouettes and still stand together in one harmonious palette.
The lookbook makes that idea easy to see. Pale blue dresses share a color but change the framing at the shoulders, while yellow satin moves between a draped neckline, a halter, and a strapless bodice. The women look like they belong to the same party without being asked to wear the same dress.

The Details: Draped Backs, Neck Scarves, and Color
Turn the dresses around and the differences continue. In the lookbook, softly draped backs and long satin ties give the gowns another point of interest. A pink, yellow, and pale blue grouping shows how a bridal party can also move beyond a single shade. The fabric supplies the connection.
It is a practical proposition as well as a pretty one. Hello Molly’s Wedding Parlour offers coordinated satin silhouettes, selected color swatches, and matching accessories, including neck scarves. Start with the palette, then let each person find her neckline.

Where to Shop Hello Molly’s Wedding Parlour
Launched in 2012 and based in Sydney, Hello Molly describes its customers as “free spirits, dream chasers and trend lovers.” The Wedding Parlour brings that social-calendar sensibility to bridal dressing. One considered dress, offered in shades that let the wearer make it her own.
Explore the Wedding Parlour collection for current styles, sizes, colors, and prices. Check the individual product details before coordinating a group order, and ask the brand about the rose-belt slip seen at the presentation, as its exact style name and availability have not been confirmed.
