WBM Sponsored & Paid Content Policies, Agreements and Submission Standards

I. Contributor & Sponsor Agreement

World Bride Magazine (WBM) maintains strict editorial and business standards to protect the integrity of our platform.

By submitting sponsored or paid editorial content, the contributor and/or sponsoring brand agrees to the following:

  • All submissions must be written by a named writer with a submitted professional headshot and author bio.
  • All content must be original, accurate, and aligned with World Bride Magazine’s editorial voice.
  • All facts, claims, names, titles, dates, and references must be verifiable and accurate.
  • All links must be active and verified at the time of submission.
  • All content is subject to editorial review and approval by WBM prior to publication.
  • Publication is scheduled only after payment is received in full at the agreed rate.
  • Sponsored and paid placements operate on a monthly paid basis.
  • Failure to remit payment as agreed will result in removal of the article from the WBM main page and/or platform.
  • All rates and placement options are published in the World Bride Magazine Media Kit.

Submission constitutes acceptance of all WBM editorial, ethical, and business policies.

II. Editorial & Writing Standards (Legal-Style Policy)

A. Authorship & Attribution

  1. Anonymous or ghostwritten submissions are prohibited.
  2. Each article must include:
    • Writer’s full name
    • Professional headshot
    • Approved author bio (75–100 words)

B. Content Quality & Ethics

  1. Articles must meet professional editorial standards.
  2. Promotional content must be clearly disclosed as Sponsored Content.
  3. Content may not include misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims.

C. Fact-Checking & Verification

  1. All submissions are subject to internal fact-checking.
  2. WBM reserves the right to request source documentation.
  3. Broken, misleading, or unverifiable links may result in rejection or delayed publication.

D. Image Usage, Rights & Legal Clearances

  1. All images submitted must have documented consent from the photographer or rights holder.
  2. Contributors and sponsoring brands must confirm they have the legal right to submit and publish all images provided.
  3. Written agreements must be signed by photographers and any rights holders whose work is featured, to avoid potential legal disputes.
  4. Proper photographer credit is mandatory and must be approved by the photographer.
  5. All individuals appearing in submitted images must be identified and confirmed.
  6. Model releases or written consent must be obtained for all identifiable individuals featured in images, where applicable.
  7. World Bride Magazine requires confirmation of these consents for internal records and reserves the right to request documentation at any time.
  8. Failure to provide proper image rights, credits, or consent may result in removal of images or the entire article.

E. Editorial Rights

  1. WBM reserves the right to edit headlines, formatting, and layout.
  2. Substantive edits will be coordinated with the contributor when necessary.
  3. Approval is at the sole discretion of the WBM Editorial Team.

III. Website Submission Guidelines (Public-Facing)

Sponsored & Paid Article Submissions

World Bride Magazine accepts sponsored and paid editorial submissions from brands, writers, and organizations aligned with our audience.

Submission Requirements:

  • Completed article submission
  • Writer headshot and bio
  • Verified links and references

Editorial Process:

  • All submissions are reviewed by WBM editors
  • Revisions may be requested prior to approval
  • Approved articles are scheduled after payment is received

Payment Policy:

  • Sponsored placements are monthly
  • Non-payment will result in removal from the platform
  • Rates are available in the WBM Media Kit

World Bride Magazine does not publish unpaid promotional content.
