Oscar de la Renta work could never be duplicated. Not that some may have not tried– but there is a distinct look that will forever set his work apart from all the greats he stands with.
While he may no longer be here with us in physical form his legacy is well documented and forever etched in the fashion world.
I had the honor of working with him in a very different capacity in my past life– but in that position, I was able to see his interaction with the models, his team, and the press and media. Very gracious and appreciative and his desire for excellence.
His shows were absolutely breathtaking, his presentations impeccable. Every woman could not feel anything less beautiful while wearing one of his gowns.
Today things are not much different. We had the opportunity to touch and feel first hand the bridal collection and ask the model how the fabric felt on her– was it as gorgeous as it looked. And she expressed nothing but joy. That is what we love to hear and report back to you.
So consider an Oscar for your upcoming nuptials– I am sure you won’t be disappointed. I am a proud owner myself.
