Blood Orange Mezcalita

- 2 oz Desolas Mezcal
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz fresh blood orange juice
- .5 oz campari
- .75 oz of Cointreau or agave nectar
Directions: Shake & pour over ice. Garnish with tajin salt rim and/or orange wedge.
Green Maguey

- 0.5oz Desolas Mezcal
- 0.5oz Elderflower liqueur
- 0.25oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Fresh granny smith juice
- ¾ apples
- 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid
- 1 oz top of prosecco
Directions: For the granny smith juice, clean and cut apples into quarts, run through juicer, add acid and mix well. For the cocktail, combine Desolas Mezcal, fresh green apple juice, elderflower liqueur and lime juice, all shaken together and serve in an iced coupe with a top of prosecco.
