House of Marley is a portable audio brand founded on combining eco-friendly construction with superior audio performance. Inspired by late reggae singer, Bob Marley, the brand’s cleverly named audio devices (such as the Zion In-Ear Headphones and Liberate XL Over-Ear Headphones) hope to match the spirit and quality the brand’s namesake conjures.
We had the opportunity to try one of House of Marley’s portable speaker systems, the Get Together Bluetooth. As the name suggests, this is a great speaker for entertaining. With heart-stopping bass and ear-rumbling volume, the speaker immerse you in a blanket of sound powerful enough to feel.
House of Marley didn’t skimp in the design department either. The Get Together Bluetooth is constructed of responsibly-sourced materials like bamboo, recycled metal, and their exclusive REWIND fabric. The speaker has an awesome hidden feature: a portable battery. If you take this baby to the park or beach, you can power up your mobile devices via a usb-charging port on the back of the device.
This is a great device to buy if you’re going to skip the DJ at your reception, or just want a shiny new toy for your home. The product is true to its inspiration. I imagine Bob Marley would be proud.
