If you ever have the chance to travel to Türkiye for the Table Design Exhibition in Istanbul, just go. It’s one of those experiences that stays with you longer than you expect. What makes it so special is not only the level of design, but the feeling. I always notice how quickly you stop looking at the tables and start stepping into them. Each one tells its own story. Not just through flowers or objects, but through atmosphere, emotion, and the intention behind every detail. These eight designers brought something spectacular; it stayed with me, each in their own way.
Ocean Muse

Sharon Sacks takes you straight to the sea with 'Ocean Muse'. You almost feel the rhythm of the waves in the way the table moves. Shimmering surfaces, soft reflections, and layered textures create something that feels calm, yet powerful at the same time. For me, this was one of those tables that makes you slow down without even realizing it.
Frida Kahlo’s Garden

Elizabeth Solaru brings boldness and personality with 'Frida Kahlo’s Garden'. This table doesn’t whisper, it speaks. Strong colors, rich layers, and artistic details come together in a way that feels expressive and unapologetically personal. You can really feel the character behind it.
A Very English Elopement

There is something very intimate about ‘A Very English Elopement’. Danielle Nay and Jamie Aston created a setting that feels like a secret. Set in the imagined ruins of an English estate, with roses gently climbing and candlelight filtering through, it feels like stepping into a quiet moment between two people. No big audience, just a story unfolding softly, exactly as it should. I found myself standing there a bit longer than planned.
Brazilian Green Symphony

Brazilian 'Green Symphony' is all about balance. Andréa Guimarães and Simone Tostes work with layers of green, natural textures, and subtle movement to create something that feels elegant without trying too hard. There is depth, but also lightness. The small details, butterflies, tones, textures, bring it to life in a very natural way. I liked how effortless it felt.
Hidden Forest Sanctuary

With 'Hidden Forest Sanctuary', Erica Jones creates a space that feels almost unreal. Like a place you weren’t supposed to find. Light, foliage, and natural textures come together in a very quiet way, but with a strong presence. It feels protective, calm, and deeply connected to nature. One of those designs that stays in your mind afterwards.
Oceans of Imagination

With 'Oceans of Imagination', Nefianto Setiono brings a very personal story to the table. Inspired by his childhood near the sea in Indonesia, the design feels soft, flowing, and full of memory. Whites and blues move together in a way that feels almost like breathing. It’s quiet, but it stays with you.
Istanbul was a cultural highlight, and with ‘Sparkles of Nature’ as a theme for the Table Design Exhibition, flowers became leading. With the holidays coming up, the story was complete.

Resilient Autumn — The Beauty of Letting Go

Diana Sandoval touches something emotional with 'Resilient Autumn'. You can feel that this design is about more than aesthetics. Warm tones and soft movement reflect change, but in a gentle way. It speaks about letting go, but also about what comes after. There is strength in it, but also calm, and that contrast makes it powerful.
30th Anniversary Table by KM Events
The 30th Anniversary Table by KM Events, the Meltem Tepeler family-led luxury empire centered on design, experience, and international connection, feels like a moment of reflection. Three decades of experience come together in a design that is refined and calm. Green and white set the tone, natural, balanced, timeless. It doesn’t try to impress loudly, but you feel the story behind it. The history, the collaborations, the evolution. It’s all there, just quietly present.
