The itinerary they created for us was everything. Days started with morning yoga on the Spa Terrace and if wellness is your thing, this resort will feed your soul in the best way. I also had the most amazing personal gym training session with Brenae, and y’all, it was everything I did not know I needed. She helped me properly correct my form and I walked away feeling stronger, more confident, and genuinely inspired.
Between the yoga, the training session, and the spa treatment at Spa Princess, I felt completely renewed from the inside out. This resort truly understands that wellness is not just a luxury it is a necessity.
Then came the Paint & Sip class and y’all, this was one of my absolute favorite moments of the entire trip. There is something so special about sitting with a group of people, drinks in hand, brushes moving, laughing, creating, and just being. No phones, no pressure, just genuine connection.
We also indulged in a Progressive Food Tour moving through Il Palazzo, Jamrock Restaurant, and Umami each course at a different restaurant, each bite better than the last. I floated through a group breakfast at the ILLUSION Terrace, unwound poolside and beachside in private cabanas. Every activity felt curated, intentional, and special.
But the nights? The nights were everything. The vibes were absolutely immaculate. From the MVP Sports Bar energy to the live music that had everyone on their feet, to the ILLUSION Night Club and Terrace where the party came fully alive I felt at home.
Now let me talk about the families for a second because this one is personal. I did not bring my daughter on this trip, but I wish I had. Walking through this resort I kept thinking about her because everywhere I turned there was something that would have had her eyes wide open and her heart full.
If you are a mom planning a family vacation, put Princess Grand Jamaica at the very top of your list. Your kids will thank you and so will your soul.
During this trip I had the pleasure of meeting at least three newly married brides. They were simply there, genuinely living their best lives, glowing, celebrating, and soaking every single moment in. Seeing them so happy and present confirmed that this truly is a dream honeymoon and wedding destination.
I also have to take a moment to shout out my Princess Family my butlers Javaughn and Pierre. Pierre especially went above and beyond making sure our entire team had everything we needed, and personally helping me navigate through the property with so much warmth and care.

We get so caught up in producing, creating, and performing that we forget life is meant to be lived. And sometimes it takes a place like Princess Grand Jamaica to bring you back to yourself.
