It’s Spring time, the flowers are blooming and life is wonderful. You are filled with love and ready to plan your wedding. You are about to marry the love of your life.
As I look out my bedroom window and look into my brown garden, I can’t help but get excited about my new book from my past attendance of my favorite book publishers events, Assouline, of Carlos Mato’s fabulous book A Touch Of Style.
Of course I bought a copy. And got it autographed. As I flipped through the book I could not help but think how a great gift it wold be for brides with the same passion I have for my home, and the inspiration this book can be for decor, and presentation if your an entertainer like me.
The evening of the signing I was honored to be among some of the most amazing notables that appreciated the great artist Carlos Mota, both friends and fans. I was privileged to be in the room with, Iman Abdulmajid, Prosper Assouline, Martine Assouline, Alexandre Assouline, Muriel Brandolini, Elizabeth Callender, Liliana Cavendish, Kiera Chaplin, Nathalie de Gunzburg, Ahn Duong, Linda Fargo, Christy Ferer, Marilyn Gauthier, Monique Lhuillier, Oscar Mora, Sebastien Ratto-Viviani, Inga Rubinstein, Sophia Sanchez, Peggy Siegal, Jessica Seinfeld, and Jamie Tish to name a few.
Who is Carlos Mato? This joyful soul is is described as a “mastermind” behind the images seen in various magazine such as Elle Decor, House & Garden, Vanity Fair, Departures Magazine and Interior Design. His experience with texture, textiles, accessories, arts is reflected in his work. His ability to create a beautiful environment can be seen in the pages of this beautiful collection of beautiful photographs of his newly released book.
Life should always be this good- with a little Touch of Style.
