ATELIER 2B is a Bridal brand represented by a powerhouse duo of talent and friendship. They are Amandine and Sandra. Both educated in French Fashion design, they share their creativity and their business; as great friends should. Amandine and Sandra’s experience is rooted in Women’s ready-to-wear. It wasn’t until late 2010 that they decided to create their first Bridal fashion house, Atelier 2B, wedding dresses for “frenzied romantics”, as they put it.

The Atelier, in Toulouse, France is where all the concept and creations come alive. The brand is high-end couture gowns, hand made and custom to every request. The pair shares, it is “the bride who inspires us”. It is my view that Couture Bridal designers offer an artful display of the brides’ story. It is evident Atelier 2B has a vision for your story.

“Contemporary, feminine, with vintage and bohemian touch” is how the pair describes the brands aesthetic. With a favorite focus on the back of the brides gown, Atelier 2B displays absolute seduction here. “The backs are always beautifully worked”. Luxurious Italian and French fabrics are used to delicately drape layers close to the body, magnifying shape and silhouette that prove elegant and effortless fit; sensuousness necessary for romantic looks.

This is what commanded the audience at the recent New York Bridal Fashion week at New York’s midtown venue, the Mahattan Manor. Atelier 2B presented a wildly romantic display of long, mid length, high-low wedding dresses. Engineered lace details compliment open back tops, plunging necklines and illusion for a sweet touch.
